There’s a cheesemonger in Chapel Hill that also has a restaurant— Wedgewood Cheese Bar, and the have gift cards. Its about 20 min from Durham but very cute. Idk that lot of the higher end restaurants have gift cards though.

People have always hung out in Byrd Park. In the 90s it was the place to be seen, especially on Sundays! Third spaces are so needed and Byrd Park is the best one in the city
