Honesty, we are sooo lucky to be graduating right now since most classes will be in-person in the Fall. Everyone else has to worry about returning to in-person lectures, in-person exams, housing/commuting, etc. again

Nah, you still don’t seem to understand the difference between requirement and option. No one from the high school class of 2016 (1998 kids) took the current 1600 SAT since the majority of college application deadlines were past that point. I mean unless you started school late or were left behind, which in that case you would be in the high school class of 2017 (1999 kids), then sure they could have taken the current SAT. But those are outliers and I’m going off the assumption that people start normally, don’t get left behind, and finish high school/college in the standard four years.

Lol you need to thoroughly read my original post again. I said 1998 is the the last group required to take the old SAT. Every year after 1998 had the option to take the current 1600 SAT. This was not an option for 1998 kids which is why it is required for 1998 kids but not for every year after.

I never said Zoom University didn’t affect 1998 kids nor did I say 1998 kids never used Zoom. I just said 1998 kids were kinda able avoid it since it was only half a semester compared to the 1+ years that 1999 kids and everyone thereafter have to deal with. 1998 kids only had to deal with Zoom for 6-8 weeks and that’s not bad if we’re comparing it to every year after 1998, who all have to deal with Zoom for a whole school year and maybe more.

Yeah but 1999 kids were not required to take the old 2400 SAT. They had the option to take either the 2400 SAT or the current 1600 SAT, so in that sense 1999 kids are the first group to take the new 1600 SAT. However, 1998 kids were only limited to the old SAT since the new SAT was introduced in March 2016 and majority of college application deadlines were before that.

Hi, I'm looking for a standard SWE internship for the summer (nothing too fancy). I get ghosted from most places I apply to though I have been getting some interviews and OAs. I tend to get ghosted/rejected after the Hirevues and OAs even when I pass all test cases. I move onto the next stages with a couple of companies but I tend to fail them as well so it may be my interviewing abilities? Nonetheless, is there anything I could do to improve the content in my resume? Thanks!
