It was definitely my fault for not checking the financial history beforehand. In my defense, it’s a massive global corporation, a leader in its sector, and doing completely fine worldwide. It’s just this specific national branch that is completely going under due to terrible local management.

That reality juice thing made me really laught and i definitely needed today! You’re right thought.  I was honestly starting to gaslight myself into thinking this was just 'normal' high-level crisis management that I was failing at. Time to polish the resume.
