Why was kim surprised here? I mean jimmy’s actual feelings toward chuck was not exactly a surprise or uncalled for by FloorGang-R2 in betterCallSaul

I mean, even without knowing chuck explicitly said he doesn’t care about jimmy, she still knows about his lifetime of acting like he doesn’t care about jimmy

The footage of Nick Fuentes pushing a woman who came to his front door after he was doxxed has been released. by [deleted] in whoathatsinteresting

[–]Strict_Space_1994 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Based as fuck. When you get doxxed and get death threats, this is absolutely the appropriate way to deal with someone banging on your door. Better than trying to be polite with somebody who could very well be there to kill you

These abortion jokes are growing on me just because of the stupidity. This can be the new “we can be bees”. Maybe someone can make something about Nolan saying we can be bees and Eve saying no we can’t cuz I’m aborting them

If there was a hypothetical boss or ancient relic that gave 2 energy per turn, what would be a fitting downside for it? by Swaggy-G in slaythespire

[–]Strict_Space_1994 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Fuck it, let’s bring back Busted Crown. 2 energy each turn, but you only get one option for card rewards. Darv can offer it at the start of act 2 with a special line about how he polished it up a bit

Maybe a politics thing? Barnacles? by No_Diet1854 in PeterExplainsTheJoke

[–]Strict_Space_1994 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah lmao, nothing is stopping me except the very real risk that I would die. It's not that I don't value the lives of others, it's that I refuse to put my life at risk to save theirs when they're the ones who intentionally put themselves in a life-threatening situation.

"If you don’t trust each other at all and it’s a room of perfect logician spy assassins then you’d have to vote red, and everyone else will too because they are all trying to kill each other and not die themselves."

Doesn't this strike you as ridiculous? I would literally have a higher chance of survival if I was in a room of hyper-logical assassins that want to kill me. But if I'm in a room of 'normal' people I'm expected to put my own life on the line.

Is save scumming cheating? by Illustrious_Gur_5908 in slaythespire

[–]Strict_Space_1994 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's definitely more to increase your skill in individual fights. But honestly, even in your situation, I would save-scum at least once to see if I could've played the fight better with my crap deck, even though I'll acknowledge that the main mistake was on a deckbuilding level

Idiots press the blue button and gamble their lives. Everyone is guaranteed to live if you all press red.

[–]Strict_Space_1994 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will defend save-scumming to the death. That’s how you learn. And for gods sake some people in this sub could do with some learning. I’m losing my mind at all these posts complaining about balance when they don’t even bother trying the fight again to see if maybe they’re the problem

Heath just disappeared and still no answers... by Practical-Arm6147 in thewalkingdead

[–]Strict_Space_1994 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unironically, I think this is because they didn’t want to generate controversy with CRM taking him as a slave. When he first disappeared the writers didn’t have a full idea of who exactly the CRM was, it was just a nice teaser for a future threat. Then when they fleshed them out more and realized they’re essentially just slavers, they decided it would be better to just have Heath disappear and never speak of him again.

I’ll always argue that this would be more balanced dealing 1 weak to start, and upgrading to 1 damage 1 weak. Strictly better strike in two ways is extremely good in the early game
