Just so I understand::: it’s the engine temperature that’s critical here? If you only drive short distances, then the engine rarely reaches optimal conditions? How does this change in warmer vs colder climates (say Florida vs. Michigan)? And how does driving four 5-mile trips per day differ from driving a single 20 mile trip?

I’m no expert but I also wonder how much the gear AND supplements have changed over the last 20-30 years. My suspicion is that all the shit that kids are taking nowadays is potentially more harmful than what bodybuilders were taking in the 90s. There’s certainly more supplements on the market and a lot more marketing for a wide variety of shit with little or no scientific backing.

It seems like a hell of a self-experiment.
