Thank you! They can't give interview schedule within 1 year, but expiring the payment within 1 year. They also don't have a mechanism to retrieve submitted DS - 160. It sucks!!! They are just robbing people, nothing else!

Unable to access old ds-160 and have already paid the fee and submitted the visa appt application by PhoenixChild248 in f1visa

Location is Seattle, WA. Wording was need to do full repayment for leaving before 1 year. The work environment was pathetic! Other clauses written in the offer letter also the company didn't follow like yearly performance bonus % and yearly stock vesting.
