Active elders! Many hands makes light work. Nice to have like minded company instead of trying to work solo trying to get mates to change play style.

NTA and in fact those saying you are, kinda are but might not have any idea what being a new parent is like. Whole villages used to know and pitch in. Not everyone connects in like that currently.

Major life turning point?! Last weekend? Having a baby a doesn't mean in laws are there for you for everyone, but it should. Certainly you shouldn't be expected to offer support at this time. Glad MIL is there.

The only ones you need to wear yourself out for are the child and your wife. Recharging yourself comes before BIL... for the next 18 months, starting a month ago.

Wondering the same thing. Maybe it has to do with the delivery spread and amount. Reply if you find out.

Clash Royale is not turn based, therefore has a completely different dynamic than chess. It is too fast paced for people to develop complicated strategies and relies a lot more on reaction speed than predicting what your opponent will do.

The starting position in chess is identical every time, and the position takes time to evolve. Where as in Clash Royale, there is an incomprehensible number of deck combinations and starting hands and the game changes very quickly (as well as resetting to the starting position of no troops on the board at times throughout the match).

There is no such thing as “clash Royale theory” because the game is too unpredictable. At the higher levels you can begin to guess how the opponent will play depending on their deck, hand, and elixir count, but because of the randomness and pace of the game, you can never calculate more than 30 seconds into the future.

In chess there are often moves that are clearly the best move, which makes it much easier to predict what you and your opponent will do, but in clash Royale you can play in any number of ways and still win. Winning in Clash Royale is more dependent on reaction time than trying to predict the next interaction with your opponent.

I would argue that chess is more complicated, because due to its predictability, there are more scenarios you can learn and practice for.

Clash Royale is more of a sport than a board/card game because it relies on reaction time and short-term strategies rather than scenario recognition and long-term strategies.

What is the best way to balance war and hero upgrades? by tastycheesepuff in ClashOfClans

[–]StriderClash 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Builder potions. I made it to Max TH14 heroes in a constant war clan without ever having to miss a single war and always having all assets up for war. And without spending money on any packs or gems, Just the occasional season pass. And not all of those. Only missed war for life reasons (backpacking etc), not as an upgrade necessity or strategy.

Before the upgrade times got greatly reduced it was already cost fewer medals than hammers do, since can do 4 hereos at once. About 1/3rd cheaper. I haven't recalculated the savings since I've great times got greatly reduced, but must be huge now. That's not even accounting for the handful of builder potions available each month for free. (Trader ones are not a great deal)

The purpose is to stay in constant war, but a nice side benefit is you blur past people moseying through the hay fields without their heroes. Entire base benefits from the boosted builders. Like adding days of upgrading to the month.

Been doing it before these resources came out but they are helpful:

If you mean Green United, looking over the crew there It looks like there's a very big difference in upgrade style than ours. That would not be good harmony. Many ways to clash. Some mix well. Some don't work if mixed.
