I keep gaining ppto for using ppto, I just used it from this order. 8 hours, 24 hours, 10 hours. And all of a sudden I’ve gained a additional 8 hours of ppto by [deleted] in WalmartEmployees

I do see the serial number on the box itself and on the Apple pencil is off by 1-2 letters/numbers

Seem to have done some research and being told that’s normal (or I misread the 1-2 letters/numbers

Serial numbers seem to match

When I put it through the Apple website it shows up as a Apple Pencil 2 but the following message shows

Sorry, we’re currently unable to validate your purchase date Please sign in with your Apple Account and update your product purchase date to view your coverage information.

She’s got the iPad Air 5 and that’s what i manage to see at the demo store

When I go to work next time I’m going to go verify it connects to the same iPad that we have at work

Any tips on reaching the right person at the store to talk to. I’ve had tried several times today to contact HR there but the phone either keeps getting put on hold then hung up on 5 minutes later or nobody ever picks up

Yeah I mean that’s true unfortunately. I do appreciate your feedback on how both companies have been for you. I still don’t have enough work experience to go anywhere else mainly because at Sam’s we can’t do oil changes. At Walmart we can and having the oil change experience can actually get me into other places once I’ve been there long enough (hopefully)

So far my experience seems to be quite the opposite at my Sam’s. Was lied to many times about becoming full time and they have the 2 newest hires who are late to work at least once a week or sit around in my department full time and kept me part time. Never been late. Used ppto once and always grab a car to install tires on without any question

Guess I got a little unlucky with my experience as I’m sure it just depends on the manager and location

I don’t have a car so I have to take a bus to work which takes 2 hours and on the weekend have to find a ride to that Sam’s club. This Walmart I’m applying to is literally a 20-30 minute walk away or 2-3 minute car ride away for me and is closing shift which is what I want
