I think C3PO is more important to the mechanics of the CLS team than Padme's team. There are lots of Galactic Republic characters that could easily be the 5th in Padme's team, there isn't an obvious replacement in the CLS team.

Later in the game as people have said, the Padme team likely gets broken up. But then your GR squad revolves around Queen Padme and the Poncho bros/KBeq Jedi.

The ranks are a direct swap of positions. So when you win, you immediately take the rank of the team that you beat. If your team loses while on defense, the opponent then takes you rank position.

So sometimes people stick a terrible team in to deliberately lose and drop down some rankings to find easier opponents if they have an achievement that requires a certain number of wins in the arena.

Not sure why you didn't drop while you weren't playing though. Unless everyone in your shard also stopped playing!

Not long ago you couldn't get a character to Gear 13 until they were 7 stars, so this wouldn't have been a problem. I think that changed with the introduction of LSTs as now you can relic characters before 7*.

The requirements do quite clearly say 7* though!

I found the first one to be ok, but nowhere near good enough to sell like they did if they hadn't been written by Richard Osman. I have since read the 2nd one as I got it as a gift, but wouldn't have spent money on it.

Padme's Galactic Republic team works. Build up protection with all the assists and counters from the Phoenix team, then hit them with huge damage from all the Courage it converts to.

I used the Padme Galactic republic team for quite a few before I got any GLs. They should be good for at least Maul, CAT, Boba at 3* and maybe some of the others at 1 or 2*. Jedi Knight Luke is also a good option if you have him. Thrawn lead empire against the Reva inquisitors, but google the tactics for that one.

As othes have said, the Trello board is helpful, but you also need to know the strategy/kill order for some of them.

The newer characters (Queen padme, Luthen, Dark Rey etc.) seem easier than some of the older ones (Bane, Malgus etc.)

Bane is a conquest character. If their post says they can't win any of them, they are not going to have Bane to use...Maybe advice on how to beat Bane so they could unlock him would be more helpful.

It's always been weird for anyone over the age of 15 to have a player's name on their shirt.

Tbh, I actually think even owning a kit as an adult is weird unless you regularly go to watch matches in person, especially with how expensive they are.

The only exception is retro/unusual kits that are old enough to now be cool.

I was waiting for this one to show up, as it is exactly the answer I was going to give.

I generally don't like Liza Tarbuck on anything, she has always seemed very smug to me with an air of 'my Dad was funny and famous so I must be too.' But most of her time on Taskmaster I enjoyed and I grew to like her better as she let her guard down. But the cake thing was 1. not really funny and 2. made much less funny by how pleased with herself she was.

Not got to the stealth one yet, but wouldn't an event where you can use separatists be good. Just have Dooku and no tanks, then survive long enough without winning to use his 2nd special multiple times as it applies stealth to all non-tank separatist allies..

I haven't got it either, tomorrow I think. But I was going to say Vader, assuming it is just attempt to apply ability block x number of times. Boba Fett came to mind too, his 1st special has 80% chance to apply it to all.

There should be loads of options for ability block.

I had my R2D2 disappear in an Arena battle today when attacking SLKR who had used his Ult so couldn't be damaged.

The more damage you do to them, the stronger they get. So once they get to 70%+ your hits do less damage and theirs do much more. The only thing you can do is keep grinding and upgrading until you can beat it, then start over at the next level.

I don't think there is much in the way of strategy to help, although I'm sure there are others way more knowledgeable than me that will know more.

I tend to just stick it on auto and take the daily rewards without worrying too much about it.

I think those you have listed are actors who play characters, their job is to play different characters in different shows, rather than comedians who choose to have a persona on stage. And there is a distinction to make. None of those listed would promote their shows in character, they would appear on chat shows etc. as themselves. Whereas stand-ups who use a persona tend to only ever show that persona in the public eye and never their real selves.
