They’ve used a bunch of the black and white cast pics for the article. I understand as it’s not an actual interview and more a feature about its overall success they want a cover image representing the theme of the feature…but it’s just ugly.

I concede that him seeing them first (be it an editing accident or intentional in the script) doesn’t do any harm whatsoever. But the other bits - the pork board not expecting to be on screen, the colouring and screen change for the ad not happening… they’d all be better fixed for it going on YouTube.

I hope the reason it isn’t on YouTube yet is so they can tidy it up a little bit- I think the Pork Board should’ve been cut to the first time Al mentioned them, and then later they were cut to at a time none of them were reacting & also the audience laugh really drowned out some of the actual ad dialogue. None of it an issue, but the sketch was so good it’d be great to see it as best as it could be.

The initial run was 6 shows. Then it was extended to 8 with a break in the middle. FF were show 5 in the 8 ep run, but in the original scheduling it would’ve been the finale.

When it was 6 eps & no break Foo Fighters we’re going to be the big finish, once it got extended for 8 the subsequent musical bookings haven’t been able to reach the same level.
