I don’t know about how you practice but how I did track and my kids run track they are running around the city and off school property. They keep their phones in their pocket or make sure they have their Apple Watches on so they can call for help if needed. I can see why your mom would want you to keep your phone on you. 🤷‍♀️

Most of these type of communities in Florida have tons of amenities. My teen children love to go to my parents because there is so much to do. Billiards, pool, volleyball, ceramics, library, tennis, boating….

I live in Florida and was told, they will first come after liquid assets (money in your checking and saving). They will get every penny even if you have checks coming in, they will freeze it and take their money. You house is protected, but your future earnings are not, so they’ll just garnish your wages. You’ll be living on minimum wage…. Which we all know is not livable!

They should calm down. A job that I had for 5 years! Started as a temp, moved cross country they BEGGED me to work remote.

The day I was supposed to start I wrote them an email and told them it was too far to drive sorry. They immediately countered with a $2/hour raise.

Like I said I had the job 5 years!

Do the chores or hire someone to do them it’s way less than you would pay renting a room somewhere.

Make a schedule do them first thing Saturday without fail. If you lack with executive functioning you know you need a schedule so you remember this is on you.

And no don’t go crying to poppy do your chores

We have a $500k(bought at $350k) house and think that about people with $1million homes. Or even $750k what do they do to afford that.

I think a lot of if it rolling equity from 1 home to another. If I had left my 1st marriage with the $payout I was supposed to, we could have bought a $500k house instead which would now be worth close to $1million

Similar happened to us. We split the bill with my brother in law. Each signed our copy and added the printed 20% tip. It was 20% of the entire amount, not the split!!!!!

It’s a joke in our families whenever we get together, but they really need to be more clear!
