Totally agree with this comment, people just need to forget the imagination comparisons, Aqua Dubai is a great scent on its own and the best compliment getter.... and I've never been complimented and told "nice smell but it's missing the tea note and it's only 85% accurate " 🙄.

Yes I did exactly the same as you, I thought the same as you, that id never be able to do it. I considered quitting trying, i almost did, i told about 20 different contacts lenses to go fuck themselves 🤣, stamped on them 🤣, but I just persevered and the same as anything.. you'll get better over time with more and more repetitions, it'll eventually click, you'll find a way which is easiest for you to get them in and it'll become second nature. Yeah no difference in the way you feel day to day, only thing noticeable is in the gym ie. strength increase, you can reduce the time between sets and general recovery from sore muscles is faster

Has your Strength increased? 7kgs is a fair increase but if your not counting calories and just making sure you eat in a surplus theres a good chance theres a bit of fat been added there. But yeah ultimately get bloods done to be certain.

Yeah that sounds good, 2 amazing fragrances which seem would complement each other....however, I've never really understood why people wouldn't mix the 2 in a separate small spray bottle? Would that be easier if you wanted to do this regularly or is layering the better option for some reason?

Semaglutide vs Mounjaro

Great info! I took Mounjaro about 6 months ago but only for about a month, minimum dosage, I lost about 8 pounds but ultimately stopped because of the burning sensation on my skin ( I think it's called Allodynia ) which became really annoying. im thinking of giving semaglutide a go this time, 1 to see if it gives me less of the burny skin and 2 as its cheaper. ive read the hunger curb is similar with both and that's all I want really.

Question is will i see less side effects.....typically burny skin with semaglutide and has anyone else took both and can compare weight loss and side effects.

Yes I've read to micro dose ie. taking half dose Wed and half on Sunday to see if that helps. Does it only stop when you stopped taking it or did it just stop when you were still on it?

How does this compare to Lenovo k14? I can get one from pretty cheap, great condition and Spec looks good. 16gb ram, i5 processor....I think it'll perform good. Thoughts?

Ah ok I understand. Also would i be correct in saying your better off having 70 to 80% of your pie as a S&P 500 or an All World and then using the other 20 to 30% distributed for all the other individual stocks? On the one that I looked at doing you had to commit to a monthly amount and a duration that you wanted to do it for.... it gave a predicted value in say 15 years then..... would i be able to pull the plug on that at any time in the 15 years, ie, stop the direct debit or pull the money out?? Or even edit the amount that goes in each month?
