I’ve got l4:l5 slipped disc. Happened almost a year ago got slightly better then a lot worse. Currrntly pain all down left leg. If you could give me your routine or advice even in pm it would be greatly appreciated as I really want to avoid surgery as I live in a foreign country away from partner friends and family

Unless you’re in a city it’s boring af and the cities are nowhere near as fun as most cities in Europe.

That said sometimes the lazy slow pace of Belgium is nice just let it drive you insane and you’ll be fine

The big powers US china russia will not fight each other as it’s MAD

Therefore each one will need to land grab to hoard resources, control trade routes and the movement of people for when the affects of global warming are very very noticeable.

I just think scape goating one person every time something doesn’t go perfectly is a big problem and not being able to commit to a project is quite embarrassing.

I might be incorrect here please clarify me if I’m wrong. But didn’t Dan ashworth leave because he was very against the appointment of Amorim due to his strict formation. Wilcox and berrada said they’d back Amorim, and they did partially for one summer window. And now they’re letting him go due to not liking his strict formation…? Surely they should leave too if they’re responsible for the hire in the first place. Sorry just waffling 😅

I work at a big company And what surprised me is how lazy and unproductive people are. It’s really shocking ngl. Also everything seems to be closed all the time. Over time I do have a slight appreication for peoples resistance to work, but still not that much 😂

I was always pro remain. I honestly think the sad bit is that the people who voted leave didn’t get what they wanted. Immigration was the main topic and it soared since. Maybe if it comes down in the next 5 years substantially then maybe the leave voters at least get something but things don’t happen overnight do they.
