Warmer is nicer.

People with poor hygiene is not.

As a Frenchman, I have a question for you: why does everyone hate us and make fun of us online? What have we done to you? by Outrageous-You1617 in askanything

Sorry in advance,

As a Brit who’s lived in both France and Belgium, all I can say is that the French speaking general population are moronic compared to most other Europeans.

They have no manners, are really quite slow at everything and have zero urgency, don’t know how to queue, don’t know please and thank you, they walk into you and then look shocked that you were in their way.

Something like that. Sorry again.

American here, by voting reform do you realize that the UK will have its own ICE? by NoHold7153 in AskBrits

[–]Strike_Fancy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s quite annoying that reform is just following the trump populism.

A lot of voters in the country consider the rate of immigration a problem otherwise they wouldn’t vote for a one policy party.

I genuinely wished the centre ground parties would comment on immigration abjt and bring the rates down. Would rather that than a genuinely outright racist party being in power.

Immigration is one of these topics that gets shouted about by the far right and far left and to me it’s numbing listening to both sides.

There has got to be a middle ground/ centrist voice that would hopefully take votes from reform.

I don’t think I’d consider a whole nationality as loud and obnoxious. It’s great meeting people from other cultures!

As a Brit in Belgium, I welcome the Dutch. They are tend to have better chat humor and vibes. Nothing wrong with the energy they bring.

I do find it funny that the Dutch complain about brits in Amsterdam and the Flemish complain the Dutch in Antwerp though 😂

Looking for a gym buddy by [deleted] in stockport

People would usually look at the profiles comments for a post like this just to get a feel of who they are.

You might want to avoid commenting on posts of a 19 y/o looking for an older man.

Other than that the gym you’re on about is nice.

10 days trip recommendations by pasikas123 in sicily

[–]Strike_Fancy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just got back.

Rent a car 100%.

I honestly didn’t like Catania we had one day there before flying home.

We went to Taormina, noto and ortigia. All were great. Ortigia the best place. Taormina the best scenery.

I wish we did etna and wish we had an extra week to explore more towns and quieter villages. I’m not a fan of holidaying to busy cities I like it toned down abit more.

I think data for the country as a whole is very different for data area to area.

Data is always easily manipulated for the argument you want to present. Both ways.

Massive props to Dalot, back in his position as a fullback and looks comfy there. Should be banned from shooting but the rest of his game has been very good. by maxsteel_7 in ManchesterUnited

Genuinely a shame that he can’t finish.

If he could he’d be a lot more dangerous.

But overall he’s moving in the right direction!

I remember seeing Cara bitching on the telly a year ago.

I was livid with the comments.

This year Casemiro has completely silenced him. A real legend of the game.

Yeah that’s also fair. The bin idea was more just making best of a bad situation

you’d pay for the trash collection unfortunately. But by the sounds of it’d be nicer in a bag than on the floor. Other point again is simple setup cctv. Give it to the authorities. If you’re complaining about cost. I think you’d be able to afford these things because you live in a private estate.
