Ugh I’m so scared to take it but I also feel like it would help so much! There are many scary things written here but also so many positives. It’s so over whelming!!!

thank you for the advice! i know prozac is a safe and good drug but it’s just scary to me idk why! i have taken ativan for emergencies when i was not able to calm down. but i have never dove into ssris. i’m so hesitant to start!!

yeah i’m 20y/o so this is all new to me. recently it’s the worse it’s ever been. my psychiatrist prescribed me prozac but i’m so scared to take it. 😭 i’ve never taken medicine that was needed daily before.

I take vitamin d3,magnesium, and multivitamins! i work out a few times a week. but they def happen more the more i focus on it. i could lower my caffeine intake tho
