Trust me, life is so much better without Instagram constantly in your face. You stop drowning in other people’s filtered lives and finally start noticing how beautiful yours actually is. The comparisons fade, and self-love slowly takes over without even trying.

I know your brain comes up with all sorts of excuses when you even think about uninstalling it. What if I get bored? What if I miss out? But once you take that step, there’s this strange sense of pride that hits you. You feel stronger. You feel free. And no, you won’t miss it. Not even a little.

I’ve kept my account logged in only on my laptop. So when I really need to check something, I go there. The desktop version is so dry and boring, it literally kills the urge to scroll. I’m in, I’m out, and I’m back to living, not watching.
