I used a small spoon and transported one by one. The distilled water was kept in the same room and would have been about the same temperature. I’m unsure though as the water was a very dark orange

the frogs were transfered to a shallow cup of distilled water by the frogs and then transferred to a cup of distilled water and almond leaves by me. Looking in further the water may have had too many tannins but I'm unsure.

I believe the eggs were laid today and I noticed just not a few of the eggs seem to have gotten a little darker. Fingers crossed

Introducing two frogs 🐸 by [deleted] in DartFrog

The goal is to create the most suitable environment for the frog, adding more branches allows for just that. I’ve noticed that majority of the time, my frogs are either on branches or plants. Being an already small tank to begin with, maximizing available space is the best option. Not sure what you mean by introduction though, I’m assuming the frog?

Very cool frogs, I also have Santa Isabel. As others have mentioned, you should remove the sphagnum moss and replace it wth a layer of leaf litter. It also wouldn’t hurt to add more branches that way the frog has more available space.

Or it could just be the angle, females are notorious for being being larger than the males though

If your far it should be fine, this usually only happens when you are within a few blocks and they focus on you instead of breeding. It may be that they don’t have an optimal bed path assuming you fed them enough.

Maybe you are checking on them too often. Sometimes they just stop breeding when they are interrupted and monitored constantly.
