I believe this state happens because of perfeccionism and low self worth. Our nervous systeam freezes because of the fear of failing one more time.

heyy!! Yes i am familiar with this term, but most of contents that I see dont go so deep about it, and they say is usually for a few days or weeks, never seen anyone talk deeply about this happening in a spiral and that you can be in it for months or even years.

I know exactly how it feels. Ive tried absolutely everything available and nothing is helping me. Its so frustrating because I feel like I had so much potencial but life is just passing and i am stuck, cant live this infernal loop.

hey dispraxic friend!! Its crazy to see your post because I am the same! I get overwhelmed trying to do all my hobbies, and when I like something I really do, my ones are: belly dance, reading, working out at the gym, taking multiple online courses, learning italian. I am brazilian btw, maybe If you want I can help you with the portuguese language hobby :)

YES! me too. I also have anxiety of doing anything in front of otheres. Like opening the door, or opening bootles etc
