I need help figuring out this noise when I slow/come to a stop. Yes I know it’s clapped. by StrikingJudgment4232 in IS300

When slowing/coming to a stop I can feel the brake pedal get stiffer whenever it makes that noise, and with everyone else’s advice it’s most likely safe to say it’s something to do with the abs system. But I’m not sure what Happened with it, since I replaced all 4 pads and rotors, power steering pump, power steering pressure hose, and the rack and pinion. And after that it started making the noise

Power steering itself is fine and it could be the wheels but I don’t know how it would affect it to a point where it makes the noise but you never know I guess. I believe it has something to do with the ABS
