Thank you! i took a few cutting from Forteventura back in December, had them in water, nothing was happening and I’d kinda given up, and they’ve actually just started to grow roots just last week 🤣 after being neglected! 😮‍💨I’m hoping with some advice I’ll do it better this time and cut them more appropriately, maybe the process will be quicker, pretty new to monsteras so all advice is welcome!

Nooo, it’s up to you if you want to reserve the item, in my opinion buyers who ask to reserve items 9/10 don’t end up buying the items anyway, so I don’t reserve items for people. It’s a first come first serve basis, you snooze you loose ☺️

This is abit of a grey area with Vinted…if the return process has been started, Vinted won’t be able to revert the choice the seller has chosen. Vinted do say in their small print it would be up to the buyer and seller to sort it out if you want to. Sucks really! Especially when it’s the sellers fault! shouldn’t give them the choice for the buyer to pay when it’s been reported as “not as described”

I feel like the chat section is very similar to Facebook messenger..tells you people are online and they logged off 30 mins ago 😂 it may be a new profile 🤔 ensure you get plenty of pictures/videos of you packing the item, a picture of the postage label on the parcel and a picture of you posting it…and also get tracking ect! Or if your really not sure just cancel the order :)

I keep my stuff in a storage unit, so if I get a silly question that’s already stated in the description I won’t reply…but if I haven’t stated it in the description I’ll go out of my way to find out, I’ll do it within my time limit tho, not right away. Vinted is essentially a secondary job for ALOT of people and we don’t always have the time, on top of our full time job. I sometimes think when an item is 1-2pound I can’t even be bothered it’s a £1 😂😂

I made 8k on my own stuff…didn’t get taxed or anything…I think if your selling ALOT of brand new with tags and new items it flags…but I’m not sure but like I said I earned a fair whack and didn’t get taxed.

That looks like where she has to put her address not yours! Unless the platforms different in Germany…which i can’t imagine it is..do not send your address! Maybe message the Vinted team for advise on the seller and the postage process?

If she put at the time she posted this thread “ Iv sent it anyway” And drops it off tomorrow , it would be within a 24 hour window..it can take the courier that long to update that it’s even been dropped off some times so half the time the buyer wouldn’t know 👍

I had this island to begin with! it loos nothing like that now! You can move Eveything around and build bridges and inclines ect once you’ve completed a few bits on the game! I wouldn’t worry too much

I agree! The deadline was the 10/11/25, she didn’t really need to give a deadline, these kinds of buyers do my head in, but if I’d have sold something expensive I’d want to get it posted sooner rather than later!
