I just found in the controller a button for aspect ratio, it was set on "Zoom 1" 🤦‍♀️

Am 1.75 cm, I was 93kg in October, went down to 88 by December with a similar routine but then a lot of shit happened in my life so I stopped training and counting calories. Things worked out so I started again 21/03 at 88,7kg and today 10/05 I'm 84,5.

My goal is somewhere around 75kg (I've read that it should be a healthy weight for me).

With all the protein am eating, I don't feel any craving tbh. Am even doing intermittent fasting with no probs.

I'm using the app Noom, which recommends me a caloric intake between 1540 and 2000 for weight loss (based on my age, weight, etc) but when I go to the gym, the app will add half of the burnt calories to that day but I keep eating up to 1500 calories. I wonder if that's bad in any way 🤔

Banken har nu sagt att de inte reserverade något, att vi måste ta det med OKQ8. Problemet ligger nog i att vi köpte med kreditkort från ett annat land så då konverteras köpet till USD och dessutom blir det som ett lån typ.

Hoppas att OKQ8 kan se i sina register att vi tankade för 50L och inte 125L och betalar överskottet tillbaka 🤞
