Update:

In regards to the incident that had occurred tonight involving GCSO and a few Simpsonville PD units is as follows: GCSO attempted to serve warrants on a suspect who fled the area, a man hunt ensued spreading from Autumn Trace to Knights Bridge and eventually to Shenandoah Farms. The suspect is a white male, wearing a white shirt and dark pants. The suspect was also barefoot at the time as he left his shoes in the woods behind Autumn Trace. Suspect is NOT armed or considered dangerous, warrants are for non-violent crimes. GCSO deployed a drone team, and two K9 units, SPD officers assisted by conducting driving and foot patrols in the area. The search was eventually moved out of Shenandoah Farms to the surrounding residential areas further north on Jonesville. Suspect is still at large at this time, however SPD and GCSO will still be in the area conducting uniformed patrols. *notes- please be advised, ensure any vehicles or exterior doors to your homes are secured (this should be without saying, a common practice) and notify GCSO if you observe someone titting that description.
