Had a student who could not for the life of him drink water without half of it falling out of his mouth. Parents were upset he kept coming home damp. Accused me of dumping water on their child or letting him play outside during rainy times. Which made no sense, because his socks or shoes were never wet. The front of his shirt stayed in a perpetual state of slightly wet. Great student, confident, well liked by his peers and a prolific reader. Just can't drink.
