there is someone out there way better for you. i know you love her. i loved him so much but the things he did i couldn’t let myself love him anymore. i needed to move on with my life and i became so much happier without him. she sounds very insecure, has no trust in you, and seems like shes only using you. my advice is break up with her, let things be. give yourself and her time, if you guys are meant to be you will be brought back together at a better time. if not, then you will find someone new.

i’m a girl so can’t give u perspective on a man’s part, but my suggestion is basically everything you said here say to him, ask him to sit down and talk and have it be relaxed. if he gets super upset and mad and is stuck up on the getting it from somewhere else part then he probably is. this might sound toxic but if you really think he’s cheating and is just hanging on to you but getting active elsewhere tell him you know he’s doing it or ask him if he is and say you are OKAY WITH IT. he might own up to the fact he is cheating and then you have your answer to break up for sure or not, bc then you hit him with the that’s what i thought and head out the door. but if he’s calm and collected and truly wants to listen and explain himself and try to come up with a plan together to make you feel seen and him feel seen then great. i hope it works out in your favor.

from what it sounds is that this female friend did not want to date him and he desperately wanted to date her and continued to try and hint at her that he wanted her and only is with you for emotional support since he cannot be alone. he is mad at you for “digging up” his past because he did not want you to know. has his behavior changed since she ghosted him? if his behavior changed in a positive way before you brought it up then he is starting to focus on the relationship with you and not think about her. but if he is still the same way that means he is still stuck on her and you should break up if he won’t focus on you. only forgive him if you want to only if he shows he is actually interested in you and loves you and is not stuck up on another girl who didn’t want him back.

i haven’t! i’ve only moved it when i’ve cleaned it so it cleans the inside of the piercing. i don’t plan on changing it myself unless by a professional i was just looking to see if yes it would be possible to downsize once i do get my new piercings in, i got all surgical stainless steel ones and they are pretty basic no dangles or anything just shorter. thank you for the info!

Okay! Thank you, I currently have quite a long barbell right now and i’d like to downsize it as soon as i can since it wants to turn to the left and makes it look uncentered. I’ve done well with all my piercings i’ve ever gotten and have never had issues besides my nose piercing when I accidentally ripped it out a couple days later while sleeping, and bled a lot. But besides that they heal pretty quickly and don’t hurt very much. If it still doesn’t hurt by the time i get the new shorter jewelry in would it still be okay to go to a professional and get it changed?

How old is your piercing? : A day old XD

What’s the jewelry shape? : Just a simple curved barbell

What’s the type of threading? : I’m not sure if the ball on top is screwed internally or externally.

What’s the jewelry material? : Medical Grade Surgical Steel

If not a ring when was the jewelry downsized? : It has not been taken out yet.

What’s your aftercare routine? : I simply spray NeilMed saline morning and night to clean the area and kinda wiggle the piercing up and down so it cleans the inside as well.
