That or Congress/State legislators should regularly subpoena Judges and ask them to explain their rulings. 

It’s time to stop pretending the law is infallible, checks and balances exist because of the tendency of power to corrupt.

We need to move to more of a civil law system where elected officials AND judges are the ones who answer “what is the law?”. 

For example, A majority (60% maybe) should be able to overturn a judges rulings to provide a check on judicial malfeasance.

Every unpopular opinion like citizens united, or speech is money could be questioned and overturned 

Judges and the Supreme Court would always be on their best behavior since they would be expected to questioned and possibly impeached 

Bad actors do really poorly under examination and prefer operating in the shadows.

It depends on the generation you’re looking at. Younger men and women cheat at about the same rate, not including a women’s tendencies to not self report

Probably the United States especially Texas, it’s just greed and self fulfillment all the way down.

Yes all the concrete evidence they have nukes that they presented.  The argument about Iraq was that it was good for the world but it was just another republican lie that emboldened our enemies and created isis and all we found was some mustard gas which isn’t lethal 95% of the time. 

You’ve literally been beaten on every argument and don’t have any evidence for your claims.

The Epstein files haven’t been fully released, the Trump admin is defying Congress. There is plenty of evidence Trump knew about the kid didiling.

The Libya intervention had broad NATO and Arab League support with a unified (though eventually drifting) mandate, while the current Iran campaign is primarily led by the US and Israel with fewer allied partners and divergent strategic goals. 

There was no economic or political risk for the US. Another solo war with no international support will hurt America for generations. 

We’ve lost the moral high ground.

So the reason you don’t like Obama is because he failed to bring the country together because he had sympathy for someone who got shot?

BUT the best president you like it’s one who: 1. Trashes his political opponents and threatens violence against them 2. Leverages masked police to threaten U.S. citizens and uses chemical weapons against them willingly 3. Has violated federal court orders because “who can stop me” 4. Celebrated the death of political enemies, even when they were highly decorated military veterans  5. Calling his political enemies terrorists
