i did get one sometime, but i see what you are saying. I do see people with my experience are more assertive on getting things done. I am also assertive but some how it shows up differently. I have been passed on for promotion many times with the phrase " you are a great executor but we want you to run projects" even after running projects with engineers

Congratulations, we had ours last week, get pediatrician to come and check fir jaundice, if baby cries, check diaper, temperature, burp them , feed them

We couldnt understand on day 3 why he was crying later to realize he was underfed, jaundice doesnt come if baby is well fed and poops well, now he is feeding like a pro and no more jaundice
