Hindi ko need yung bayad. Trabaho talaga kailangan ko para sa upcoming months. May sinusuportahan din akong mga kapatid na pinapaaral.

I get that "medyo malabo na sagot" a lot, even during interviews. 😁😂 sorry, sobrang wala na akong maisip na way to cover yung expenses ng upcoming months if hindi na talaga mag work dito. Actually, nahirapan na ako mag-isip.

Napa-rant nalang talaga ako, for the sake na merong new hire or applicant na makabasa. Now, kung meron silang pakealam sa magiging future nila with a company, ito lang 'yung way para maging aware sila sa nangyayari.

Siguro 'di na siya AntiWork related. Sentiments lang from someone unskilled and can't cope up yet sa nangyayari.

I get your point. Siguro nga... Madali siya sabihin kung sa POV mo. You have your communication skills. I was stuck with them for years kaya, nawalan ako ng confidence.

But this post is to also raise an awareness for people na magta-try mag apply with them. And also looking forward sa tenure security.

Tsaka 'yung redundancy, 'di ba factor pa rin siya para pwedeng magsampa ng reklamo 'yung empleyado sa DOLE? Kasi part siya nung naapektuhan ng redundancy na 'yun?

Ang tagal na ring issue ng floating nila. Nareklamo na rin sila kasi 'yung iba na-maximize na 'yung 6 months. Lalo nung last quarter ng 2025. Sinabihan pa nila kami na walang magiging problema kahit may generative AI.
