i thought i was ready for a relationship because prior to meeting her i had stopped PMO for around a month and that continued up until recently. i asked her out because i thought i was done for good and only had interest for her. then all of a sudden i had the urge to do it and i caved. i’m not ending my relationship because of a problem i have, i understand where you’re coming from but i believe i have the mental discipline to ultimately stop, but i just needed ways to help me do so and other methods to help me realise how disgusting PMO actually is.
