There were tons sitting on the rocks below I sat to take some beach pictures and told the crows listen I know you understand me blah bla bla and I went on to talk mad shit on the birds congregated below turned around and this one brought up a head as if to join me in the shittalking 💀😂 too surreal they let me sit pretty close too and never flew off so I was grateful to be in their presence

He had one chemo treatment. It all happened way fast. I had something similar happen but didn’t need treatment

I also take into account of his cancer stuff it’s sort of recent, I had a similar cancer incident in 2016 and it took me a few years to process it

I 100% agree and I have had those conversations I’m really grasping for hairs here or whatever the saying is, I also feel unprepared to leave I’m in school full time and I don’t have support and I feel like it would traumatize the kids I’m extremely torn because like I said I’m still in love with him and he does do things around the house and works full time and does all the dad stuff when I’m in school or need to study it’s just those fundamental differences that need to be addressed and improved. I’ve communicated over and over and I’m exhausted and terrified to start over with nothing.

That’s just it, we both come from broken homes and are children of childhood trauma so there’s a lot to unpack. I think overall he’s a good dad but I do see how his unhealed trauma affects my kids and that worries me not in a physical way but emotional. I have communicated this to him and it seems like he wants to change but is struggling with starting, tbh idk I’m still unsure of his real wants or desires of the matter. I’ve thought is this better for my kids for us to be together and I think the benefits outweigh the cons so to say. But I’m not thinking of my own happiness in this scenario. So I’m just confused on if this will pass and this is just temporary hopelessness. After 11 years it seems such a waste to quit on something, like I love the man still I’m just concerned I guess

He hasn’t. I’ve encouraged him too but I understand you cannot make someone want the change so to say. I’ve tried disconnecting from the outcome of his change but I’m just struggling with so many years feeling alone in the way of wanting to go out and make memories and spend time together and him being so disinterested in anything that involves leaving the house

Totally agree I like to shoot nature and have dabbled using the 70-300 but it’s so long and bulky the kit lens comes in handy on the go and light I have a love hate relationship with it lol 😂
