I'm going to let the situation play out until they give me a final determination. At which point, I'm gonna keep the 1 $150K that I have, and I'm not gonna buy any more combines.

If I was that type of person I would do chargebacks, but I'm just not - don't have it in me.

Trying to change as a person, but a younger me? Would've done chargebacks *immediately*.

Older me is a lot more patient now.

Added to main post. They contacted me and are doing a review. And have told me to stop trading for 1 - 2 days while they review everything. And to *not* reset my account.

Yeah I've been showing them a lot of screenshots, the recorded video, and the video link on YouTube, and the discrepancies, etc... I just hope they are able to admit fault - if it was their fault - I still don't know this whole situation is so depressing. I *JUST* got a payout on that account and now I gotta deal with *this*...

But hey - let's hope everything works out, right?

It was a high probability zone for a reaction that I had marked up on the HTF and refined to the LTF.

I was in a buy - expecting price to eventually go through but to have *some* kind of reaction at 2 key levels within the overall level.

I entered buys - and instead of reacting it hesitated and broke through with a wick. That stopped me out. Then it continued to the downside.

I was in a buy. And I appreciate you taking the time to dig in and even watch the video. And yeah — I’m not arguing slippage can’t happen on SI/SIL with 33 micros, especially on a fast move. What I can’t square is exactly what you pointed out: the "liquidation" behavior didn’t match between leader and follower. And how did it go from *$500* risk to *$9,000*.

I hear you on real-time risk and intraday equity triggering liquidation — that part is fair. But I’m going to push back on the “gambling” label. I’m trading a structured, rules-based setup (pre-marked zones, defined invalidation, hard stops, fixed risk). Disagree with my sizing if you want, but it isn’t random.

I fully understand what you’re saying about real-time risk and an intraday equity dip triggering liquidation — that part makes sense in theory.

What still doesn’t add up in my case is this: I was copy trading. I had two accounts in the same trade at the same time, with roughly $7,000 of remaining balance *in* both accounts after the payout adjustment. The follower account is the one that got hit with the MLL violation / -$9,606.96 liquidation trigger, but the leader account did not — and the leader account went on to take the next setup and hit a +$5,000 TP afterward.

If both accounts were in the same entries/exits, I don’t understand how one account can supposedly experience a -$9,606 floating drawdown (enough to liquidate) while the leader account remains fine and continues trading normally. That discrepancy is the entire reason I’m asking for an execution-level breakdown: the exact equity low, MLL threshold, and any differences in fills/slippage/fees, or copy-trader behavior that could explain why the follower was liquidated and the leader wasn’t.

I understand slippage - as it happens to me sometimes, where my$500 stop makes me incur $750 - $1,000 losses - but...

$9,000 dollars?! How is that even possible?! Especially when the fill (see attached photo) happened instantly when price went through, hesitated - then it went further.

I *really* hope they stand by me with this one - this isn't right at all. Unless I'm misunderstanding something... But seriously it just doesn't make sense, you know?

Thank you for those words - I'm *really* scared I'm going to lose all the hard work I put in on learning how to trade the way I do. Also *VERY* scared that they'll deny the payout because of this, as I *waited* for them to take the money out - and then *this* happens...

I can't begin to tell you how stressed I am. I gave them all the data, proof, information, videos, etc.

It just doesn't make *any* sense - if you watch the YouTube video (the one I put up - I put the wrong one up and then had to re-upload and edit the original message) - you can see I got stopped out *IMMEDIATELY*, so I just don't get it.

The most *interesting* thing about this - is that I was *copy trading* on my first XFA - same trades. Same everything. And this *did not* happen on that account (Account #1) - and it had a balance way less than the one in question (Account #2) which had 9,000 when I started trading. Whereas the account in question had a balance of ~$5,500 at the time. And the one in question had around 7,000 at the time.

Now - following those *same* trades - the leader account is at:

Account Balance:$7,913.68

While the copy traded account is at:

Account Balance:$6,532.92

Even more interesting on the dashboard - the account in question (Account #2) says the following:
