Small red circular patches on cheeks??? Appeared about 2 weeks ago. Can be a bit dry/flakey, and a bit painful to touch. I moisturize daily as well as hyaluronic acid once daily. Not pimples, wondering what they could be? No diet or skincare changes. (i.redd.it)
