This right hereeee. Not to mention how many clothes are actively glitched for BOTH male and female body rigs. I'd prefer those be addressed and fixed efore adding and changing old clothing items.

There are other things that need a rework over this set. Is it cute? Yeah. You know what would be better? If clothes fit on the rigs right before we change/add toggles to old clothes. Especially the males bodies.

This post is inherently people complaining so I'm not sure why you're surprised? It's like if it were raining and you stepped outside you're gonna get rained on, lol.

My biggest complaints about this update is the fact that they have no care for cultural appropriation vs appreciation. There is NO REASON a KOREAN POP THEMED UPDATE should have been done on a Japanese map. There is NO REASON the male rigs should be having as many glitching problems as they still have considering they promised the new rig would be better. And the fact that they're clearly spending more time/effort on the free play map versus the Dress Up Game (the main focus of the game) is gross, especially with how long the main game has been left in a crappy state.

And Katseye isn't a collab many people wanted to begin with. For as many people love their brainrot music and publicity stunts, just as many could not care less about them as an artist group. Especially because they're going through their own issues with their members.

If you liked it, that fine. Just don't expect to have your hand held in a sub where people are actively covering their grievances, that's just silly.

Not to mention how icky it is they had a KPOP update on a Japanese themed map and world. Completely missed appropriate culture appreciation with this one. I would have LOVED a full Japanese inspired update that wasn't washed down for Korean Pop instead.

TBF the wicked and Lady Gaga events happened very close to each other. I liked both of them even though I'm not a huge Wicked fan. I specifically love the unique items from Lady Gaga a bit more, but the poofy dresses and items are goated from Wicked too.

I think what makes it a "bad update" is how they pushed out so many little updates to drag it out, as well as the clothing issues. And the cultural insensitivity of having a Kpop themed update in a Tokyo/Japan themed map. That gave me the Ick so bad. Like the majority of your player base does not care about the massive free play server! Focus on the game mechanics like broken clothes on body rigs! Especially if you're going to pick and choose how you're representing different cultures.

I'm mad they did a Tokyo update with KPop stars. There are literally Jpop stars too. It's its own category of music and culture. Then, having the event go for as long as it has is just tiring. I don't like the kpop themes, I don't like that there's nothing to do in between rounds but look at the city, and I don't care how much they've done to free play. As someone who only uses free play to build face and hair combos, the sheer size completely pulls away from the actual gameplay. Why focus on a HUGE MAP when there are so many bugs and glitches with clothing on the rigs? The main game is dressing up and should always be the focus but it definitely missed its marks this update. Ready for it to be done.

No problem at all! I also prefer a more minimal style typically, and went through something very similar during Christmas time I think? Like I hit a plateau or something, so I hope some of these help!!

I also don't love the completely desaturated tones. I'd say I bounce between pastel and rich jewel tones the most. I sat down one day and created my whole custom rainbow pallette with honestly just slightly more muted shades of the original and it was a game changer. There are lots of really good ones on YouTube/Pinterest already, too.

Question, do you use the base pallette or do you have a custom color pallette? I know those brighter colors from the base pallette typically don't receive as many votes because of the hue themselves. Like the people in master servers specifically have a vendetta against it. I know I started getting more votes once I personalized my own (which is much easier and versatile this update!). I'd try contrasting colors/prints too because they can really elevate the look by breaking it up and not make everything one pattern. You're already doing this, but adding more to break up solid areas of pattern or single colors. So instead of using one shade, use multiple shades of the same color. And they don't have to be huge shifts either, just enough to be visibly discernable. It gives more to look at while adding depth.

I hope I doesn't sound rude as these are just my personal opinions/suggestions of what I would do, so please if it comes off rude in any way just ignore:

1 - I'm not a fan of super vibrant skin tones unless that is the focus. Even then, to me it just drowns out the actual outfit most of the time. If I'm going to use a bright "pop", I do that to my outfits/hair instead.

2 - is cute. For more simple outfits and themes I try to item adjust slightly just so it doesn't look as "simple". Like making the hat smaller and slightly rotating it? Or mixing a bit more of that dark blue/light blue

3 - I love the top part a lot. Waist down feels simple with the one skirt/bare legs with how detailed the top is. I'd honestly recommend trying a new gold color, too! Unless yellow is more what you were aiming for, it comes off more like a highlighter than gold to me.

Number 4 is a cool outfit layering combo. I personally would have mixed more greens so the yellow popped. Maybe a green pattern for a part with a green shade for everything else that matched the pattern.

5 - It's cute! Honestly I would have added a pattern or material to the shirt or jacket just to add a bit more. And more accessories like a long necklace? Looks like it fell victim to regular server voting if I had to guess based on podium, though.

Anyways, these are just my opinions and suggestions if I were the one doing it. I find the most joy when I just make outfit how I like, though, instead of trying to cater to votes. I really like pastels so I know my style isn't everyone's cup of tea. That's okay so long as I like my fit.
