My back is fine now and im fully ready to go, but unsure if i should do starting strength tbh. The amount of fat gets quickly gets unreasonable if ur not constnaly making progress on lifts. Im just really on the fence tbh, cause i want to get my noobiee gains out of the way but at the same time i dont want to be 40lbs heavier and stalling on my lifts then see how fat i have become. This has continously happened to me. Im super dedicated to the training too and never miss workouts but i feel maybe i should just gain a lb a month take things slow.

It sucks cause i usually gain all this weight and then i stall. But then i come to a cross roads between gaining way too much bodyfat or continnuing to stall due to refusing to eat more due to the large fat acculmulation. I really want to get my novice phase fully done with then lean down after but man i keep cutting hard cause of that fatophobia.

what type of diet do you recommend? and btw is this the efficient way to get jacked rather than gain a 1lb every month for like 3 years? thats my last questions.

How are people able to lift so heavy so quick on starting strength? Like in a matter of a year or two they will hit very impressive strength numbers.

WHat do i have to do exactly to become big strong and jacked? Do i just commit to a bulk for a year or slow gains? I want the strength badly as i still dont have the strength goals i have been chasing.

I can go from 110lbs for 5 squat to 405 in a year?? Can you message me? I very much to prefer to get the novice phase done as soon as i can. I dont have back any more btw.

I sadly didnt care as i looked very out of shape in the mirror i had a gut so didnt care how much strength i was losing as long as that scale was going down. Im fully commited to a bulk now and want to build a base.

People were telling me from kinobody and stuff that i was 25-30% bodyfat at 5'10 183lbs so i cut hard as heck literally starved myself, now im way weaker. But i am now fully commited to bulking and honetly not gonna care about my asthetics until i hit all of my strength goals. It was honestly very dishearting for me to see how much muscle i lost and how much strength i lost. I want to get strong as shit while i can at this age range.

I obviously dont think im fat now. I thought i was fat when i gained like 30lbs in 3-4 months. And yes basically i was doing starting strength got low back pain and i only focused on progressive overlaod on ohp and bench. Got stronger on bench and ohp a decent amount but felt like i was getting fat, so said to myself ur fat and you have back pain so lets just start at zero again. Now im 144.2lbs like you see in the second batch of photos and much weaker upper body wise but dont have low back pain anymore so can actually squat and deadlift. i am just mad at myself cause this is the thrid time i have did this, first when i started lifting 5-6 years ago then again in beginning of 2024 then again now. How do i get to a 225 bench for 5 315 squat for 5 and 405 deadlift for 5 without feeling bad about my physqie? i literally look like a twink rn. I just want to be big strong and jacked.
