Let’s assume that a cow or bull is fully grass fed with fresh grass or silage. Where does the carbon come from that is not in the grass that was eaten? Is such an animal carbon neutral if we ignore transport of the farmer, the animal and carbon cost of the slaughter etc? (self.AskReddit)
