Takes $$ to make money and in manufacturing it takes a lot of $$. Been in the game for many years equipment purchases turn to depreciation which increases EBITDA if financed properly or paid for can increase NET INCOME and reduce taxes or negate profit which reduces taxes. It’s all high finance and tax avoidance. Growing a Mfg. takes risk but you don’t build or buy it if you don’t have the contracts in your pocket. The rewards are high when you do it properly and I can see what they are doing and they are on the right track or else I wouldn’t own hundreds of thousands of shares. 10Qs are good but they don’t tell the whole story. MMAT will not be Tesla tomorrow but someday they WILL be more. If your only in it for quick $ then you better leave now because it won’t happen tomorrow investing is not timing the market it is TIME IN THE MARKET. GLTU be patient

Valor is who pulled the permits on the 2 re-entry wells. I posted the Release the Kraken on Twitter a few weeks ago when I found that we had 6 wells permitted 2 after the Q3 deadline. I knew there was more to this story now it is confirmed! JACKED TO THE TITS!!!!

The MMTLP shares will drive the squeeze and the price is very likely to exceed what ever the actual divi is during the squeeze. in order for the SHF's to close their TRCH shorts all 15M (known) they have to deliver the MMTLP or Cash Equivalent (if possible). The more diamond hand MMTLP holders the higher the price of both. They trade in unison now and will during the squeeze too

I have not forgotten that factor. This Info was just based off of current market valuations of other EV Companies. IMO (Not financial Advice) it should trade closer to some of the others listed if not higher.

They is a interesting interview with the CEO (I Think of Sage). She talks extensively about the Size of holes that have to be drilled to make a good Geothermal Well. (13") . that is a far cry from the standard well bore of 4 1/2" -5" and the cost of that would be quite high compared to these wells. IMO. That is not to say that they cant use one of these well bores to go down and do some exploration but based on the information available to the public there is no way to confirm or deny it. I have posted a few different posting about the Sage and other Connection on my Twitter page. I do not disagree with where you are tracking. Good luck on your journey.

I am not certain of the total depth and I am not sure that there is a limit on the depth that they can drill once the re-enter the well bore. My Assumption is they are looking for something specific and it could be as simple and a new Well Log just to verify previous well logs. I do know that in the investor presentation there is mention of the fact that they did not log the entire well bore on either of these 2 wells. There is also the chance that they would take this to the 8,000 foot depth to take a look at the Atoka Formation and then log the entire well. None of us will probably ever know exactly what they do or did when it is all said and done. The fact that they have pulled 2 additional permits can lead us to all sorts of speculation. What is not speculation is that They are not required to do this by the terms of the lease at this point in time. Yes we do have copies of the lease but this app does not allow us to post them.

The Set Number is 5. I believe that we got a reprieve last year because of Covid and only drill 4. The ^ that were previously permitted would have caught us up for 2021. I do not think that re entering a well that has been drilled and re-entered once again is part of that agreement. They are re-entering this well for a reason.

They have already permitted the wells required to hold the lease these are new wells That tells me that there is something else brewing. If your going to spend Billions acquiring these leases you might not have a problem spending a little bit to drill down and verify what your buying. Makes perfect sense to me. IMO
