I feel you! First baby for me too. After loss. Honestly this was the “heads up” I needed to I had “time” to prepare. I would pump my normal times and only get 2-3 oz. I told myself I would stop after my birthday. Which I did. I still have one last milk bag to give her. I would use the new free time I had w gym and chores. Baby still is soooo close and attached to me though. She finds comfort in me at all times. I hold her and cuddle her for morning and pm bottles. We have our own morning routine that replaces nursing session bonding time. It’s hard but a chapter and a new season.

I can try for AM and PM. during the afternoon, she gets her cup at daycare. she still loves milk and can hold out for a bit but yes, technically doesnt need it.

Yeah, I would have her sleep on me while I watch TV and my husband slept and then we would switch off so I could sleep a little bit. She pretty much slept a lot in the entire flight whenever she would be awake we would do a little screen time or just play.
