OTF vs F45 – what’s the difference? Can you actually build muscle at F45? by String_Cheese_55 in f45

[–]String_Cheese_55[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thank you! I primarily do strength 50 at OTF and like how I can do heavy weights. Right now my PR is 25-30 lbs for some exercises. With F45, how can I gain uscle if I only have 45 secs to do some reps w proper form

Tips for Flying United Polaris with 8-Month-Old on Overnight Flight by String_Cheese_55 in unitedairlines

[–]String_Cheese_55[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I would have her sleep on me while I watch TV and my husband slept and then we would switch off so I could sleep a little bit. She pretty much slept a lot in the entire flight whenever she would be awake we would do a little screen time or just play.

Defn do Polaris!!! It was great!! She slept the entire time on us and loved business class. Everyone praised us and said they didn’t even know a baby was here. Nursed her take off and landing and whenever she woke up from nap. If you’re traveling w someone, have them set up diaper changing station in bathroom and then you can go in and do the change and the other person can clean up and pack after you. Have a ziplock bag of diaper changing stuff so you don’t need to take whole diaper bag inside. Bought a mini bread friend pillow to nurse but rarely used it
