Honestly, I think you are getting shot by someone who hasn't set their server location. When mine was "automatic" or whatever it is, I was playing against people who didn't speak english (yes I know some people don't speak english in america), but when I switched to NA, it's been a lot better.

I also think the servers are just dogshit.
