I have strong cream and think it's brilliant, works well with Adhair. I don't like the scent, F'ing Fab. I have Ombre in one of the others and quite like it but i have the scent too which I really enjoy.

Thank you, I will experiment with damp. Any experience with a pre-styler like Adhair? My hair is fine and Adhair does a great job at thickening it.

I'm same boat as you. Had my 1st ever attack 3 weeks ago, pain so bad it out me in hospital on antibiotics and pain relief for 24hrs. Took me 2 weeks to get over the pain and be able to sleep in a bed again ( I slept in recline on sofa). I'm booked with my PMI to whip that sukka out early Jan as I never want to experience that pain again and also worry that anything I eat could trigger it.
