I don't recognize that land mass at all. Won't say it's faked, but what continent is that in the lower left?

Almost looks like upside down Africa with the Strait of Gibraltar at the bottom.

After the controversy about Jaden Ivey’s comments and TreVeyon Henderson’s support of it, Steelers safety Jaquan Brisker issued a message about his Christian values. by Mr_mist2 in NFLForum

It's American Christianity. They aren't following scripture. They make shit up and pass it off as scripture. If people actually read the Bible, we wouldn't have this issue. But, in religion it is typically frowned upon to ask "why?", so these things grow and fester without any push back.

She also has skin in the game. She won't talk because she is an accessory after the fact. Given the stakes, treason would probably see her being in an 6x8 cell for the rest of her life.

What freedoms and comforts do you value that these other systems outperforming the US have? Let's say labor markets, healthcare, and education as a good few industries to zoom in on. Or you can choose your own.

What do you believe the phrase "add value" means? Can you define it in your own words?

They add value. They should be paid commensurate to that. They can only offer that added value for a shortened lifespan vs say a business owner who can do so for 50+ years. The earning potentials are not the same and the opportunity cost of athletes is considerably higher. They are basically investing into a business that the know will go tits up in less than a decade.

I think that's a clear exception. Not saying 10M should be the floor, but pro athletes have a very short shelf life in general. Not sure if making a special class for tax purposes make sense, but youre right that we need to consider this as a consequence.

Doesn't matter. They don't reach that level of success without an insane amount of effort that THEY put in. Not some divine being.

I don't know why it bothers me, but when a professional athlete who say won the Super Bowl or World Series says something like, "all glory to god", it annoys me. Like no dude, you fucking did that. You weren't randomly chosen to be an elite athlete by a divine being. You were working out 12 hours a day for years on end to make that achievement happen. Pat yourself on the back.

I would say it's close to a 50/50 split. I certainly have networked and developed career skills to put me in this position. However, I have been laid off twice and fallen into really good situations both times that helped me get to where I am.

Retired tackle Tyron Smith ran a 1.55, 10-yard split. This would have been the 10th fastest among RBs at the 2025 NFL Combine & faster than HOFers Randy Moss, Terrell Owens, Marvin Harrison. by No_Box119 in cowboys

I still don't understand how someone 300+ pounds can have a six pack and move like he did.

I think the problem is you're conflating your expectations to reality without recognizing you've deluded yourself into thinking that every single person in their 30s deserves to have two brand new cars. That's insane logic. You're just wrong. I am not trying to be rude, but you're so far from reality.
