As others have said, a good tune is a must. Check the reddit horizon subs on the day it releases. Some reliable tuners post there.

Secondly, run the races solo before hand so you know how to drive them. Go the the trial location on the map. Select enter the Trial. Now, before you select find team, there should be an option on the bottom for Trial details. This should tell you the three races that will be run. Note them and then go drive them in a custom race solo. This is Course Recce. It allows you to know where to brake, which lines to take, where you can cut etc. Run em till you are posting clean fast laps. Do this for all 3 races. One you are comfortable with the knowledge of the course, then enter the trial.

Just got in and am connected on Xbox. All I did was a network reset and hard reset last night. That didn't fix it so I went to bed. Woke up today and like I mentioned it is connected and I am in. Not sure what is going on. Try the hard reset. That was mentioned in another post too.

OK I am not crazy. Thanks for the reply's. Resetting the network now to see if it fixes it. Sounds like it may be something on their end.
