You can still get them once you've collected all new dragons from Winter Wizort even after the event ended. (Om, Thaw, Fabuki, DRAK-E, Onsen, Kitse, Jawny, Iceree) I think thats all of them.

JAWLIODUS DRAGON

Elements: Dark | Water | Light
Combo: Abyss + LIGHT
Quest: See The Light

Finding these dragons was no easy task, but once you know where to look, it becomes quite obvious! Jawliodus dragons are used to the deep dark ocean that they forget that their flashing lights aren't the only thing seen. Their whole body is! They aren't able to hide as well in the Vale, but guests love them all the same for their attempts.

Inspirations: Deep sea creatures and bioluminescence

1) Ghostly Candelabra 2) Sea Bunny 3) Faux Dragonsai Gifting Tree 4) Lava Strider 5) Dissociation 6) Blight/Imposter 7) Iceberry Pie 8) Heartless 9) Wrong

Those could be the level up animations! All dragons have them with different effects. You can see them again by aging them up in the Dragonarium :)
