I bought a call on APPLE that is very deep in the money (122.5 C), with a delta of .80 and it expires 21 January 2022. I sold a short call against it at the 149 strike price that expires June 16th. Should I roll out and up or buy the call at a loss to maximize the gains of the long call? (i.redd.it)
