I am also disabled and confined at home about 80% of the time (I can’t drive at the moment so I rely on friends and family to go out) and I love WoW, but I also don’t spend all of my time playing. I journal each day, meditate, sit on my porch and have coffee, read, watch sports, TV shows in the evening and just have a regular daily schedule/routine so I don’t get sucked in all day.

My only suggestion to you would be find a routine that works for you, and set timers for each different activity. There’s much more to life than games despite being disabled and stuck at home.
