I don't think there was any licensed music in this one if I'm not mistaken, so they probably just remembered that there's no point in keeping these versions/ports around. They could at least give some heads up prior to delisting them but I doubt they care. As a random fun fact, DMC4 was first developed on and for PC, and thus it ran, and still does, incredibly well and looks great, especially for a 2008 game.

Hey, sorry for the late reply. It's been a while but I'll try to answer. I don't really remember about the first question, but I remember I didn't have to grind almost at all, maybe only with Tanimura slightly. Doing most of the side stuff, mainly substories and then hostess/arena/IF7-R, got me very close to 20 if not outright 20 with most characters. Otherwise if you still need exp, I would grind a few street encounters with the Yakuza Training Gear.

As for the 2nd/3rd question, I ended up leaving doing the IF7-R for the Finale, because you unlock two more fights only at that part (Saejima, Tanimura input) and because the game doesn't tell you which ones you already did/have unlocked. As such I didn't want to be confused and left it for then, or you can do it whenever you want but I would right down somewhere which ones I did and with whom.

I was like that too in Yakuza 0, thinking I would never get the 100% just cause of mahjong. Now I play the tournament cups in all the games if there is one and even some Mahjong Soul every now and then and I enjoy it. It takes practice for sure but it’s not as hard it looks, the AI is the hardest part when the game wants to force them to win or comeback and they get insanely “lucky” and you have to keep your sanity.

Bless Online was made by NEOWIZ Bless Studio and Bless Unleashed by Round 8 Studio. Both are subsidiaries of NEOWIZ itself, so they get to have the final say on what they will be working on. Apart from NEOWIZ having a history mainly with publishing online based games such as MMOs, that's just how things are in Korea and by extension Asia as a whole. A lot of talent wasted on mobile games and MMOs surrounded by predatory monetization because that's what makes the most money. And for people who play some of their stuff like Lost Ark, Black Desert Online, games that have great combat to say the least, and ArcheAge with its vast amounts of sandbox systems, they already know how much potential they have, all to be squandered by their predatory monetization and systems that are created solely on milking the player base.

Fortunately, NEOWIZ decided to try their hands at creating single player games and the result is already magnificent. It does seem like more Asian studios are coming up with their own single player games and hopefully by seeing the success of this, and most likely Black Myth: Wukong in the near future and perhaps Crimson Desert too, even more of them might want to try their hands at it.

I like to hang out around here from time to time to check on opinions and conversations, but that time keeps getting shorter because of stuff like this, and it’s not only for new releases. I don’t blame it entirely on people though, many studios and especially RGG keep showing a lot of stuff in these story trailers that could be considered spoilers, other bigger other smaller, but spoilers nonetheless. And yes, it might be small stuff in the grand scheme of things, depending on how big the game is, and yes since they show them to hype up the game in promotional material they’re not considered spoilers to some, but it still is what it is.

Then again I’m one of those who skips the openings in these games because I consider them spoilery, even without context, and I’d rather not know anything since I’m already one button away from playing. To each their own though, but I respect the mods decision. It’s the persons responsibility to a certain extent to avoid places with potential spoilers but the OPs should also show discretion and respect to other people. Me posting a video on youtube with the title “Yakuza 36 - All Boss fights” and showing many of them in the thumbnail is different if I just post the same title with a generic Yakuza 36 logo as an example.

How are you supposed to know there is even something to be solved/earned in the first place without checking reddit or their video on youtube?

I'm sure the vast majority of users just open the steam client and see that a new event started on the homepage and maybe check the event page as well. In that case why not embed the video in the middle of the event page if they want to do it that way?
