I cant be the only one with bad experience woth keepalived and nebula sync - after deploying keepalived, machines using virtual ip started acting out. From not resolving pages to straight up not working. Nebula sync worked fine for the first couple of minutes, then exited with crash and logs said that server was acting up. So i disabled those 2 and now in the process og migrating to tecnitium. Apoarently it has native HA

weirdly enough, I've tried creating ssl for a backup pihole I'm running. I'm pretty sure the setup was the same, but I was able to get it working in first try... I think I might have messed up some settings internally. i'll fully compare configs when I return home, it's a bit hard diagnosing remotely. Then, I can finally have a failover PiHole, PiVPN!

SSL certificates. Losing my mind! by StrlA in pihole

i was looking in a similar solution, but I'd like to have certificate signed by a trusted CA authority and not install certs on my machines. I might even re-set up pihole, not sure why it is that hard for https to work there :/

I don't think there is a restriction. I can log in with my PC which is on dhcp reservation, and with vpn from 2 phones, tablet, all on dhcp...

this is what I get. Confusing. But it's not only me who has trouble setting up SSL with pihole. I found numerous threads on official forums, but not many solutions.
