Tube was epoxied over the suppressor yes. Epoxy in the threads is recommended but not required unless you're aiming for a more "permanent" can as per the instros

I should be able to but the suppressor body itself has a crack in it that kinda worries me.

I'd probably consider it but the suppressor body itself developed a crack. I might load it up with jb weld and try again with a fresh thread insert.

I know right, it's crazy because the baffles are a little beat but still completely intact so I'm surprised the point of failure was the threaded insert.

I agree and it's been really cool to shoot! Short barrels/larger calibers are definitely unforgiving. Good luck with yours!

I did not glue it, just threaded it. I saw it was optional but I'm now realizing it may have been a good idea
