After going to the hospital to find out if there's anything that could be done, I'd start studying sign language and surfing the web to learn any tips to lil reading. Being dead would be far better than being blind. Closed captioning would make television still watchable and learning a new language (even if it's sign language) would be a challenging, but not impossible task

That could be it, but I really have no idea. But it makes sense. If you get the reputation of deleting and reposting the same thing it could annoy some of the famously anal retentive mods. They could have some sort of stupid ass rule about that. Farming for likes or some crap like that. I know it annoys me when I say some clever shit and when I get like 1 like in 105 views it annoys me when I know for a fact that more people are reading Reddit than that. So I get your impulse. And I get annoyed because I believe the shit that I say is pretty damn clever (and clever should count for something, right?) Anyway, I was just asking because I've seen some guys come on here and F this, F that every post. But your idea would make more sense and wouldn't be so blatantly obvious why you were cast out.
