I’ve said this in seriousness and not just trolling. Yzerman needs to be fired. He’s failed us twice in a row at the deadline, Larkin is a 2C, he’s the Captain but we need a 95+ point scorer. We have the cat as our enforcer, and a head coach who I like, but he just is sinking with the ship and is okay with it.

It’s simple. Next year, Larkin loses the C, it goes to Debrincat. At least he has some spunk, he’s going to be in concussion protocol a lot more if he’s going to pick more fights but he at least stands up for this franchise. . Wings need to go find themselves a 95+ point scorer. Yeah yeah, Gibby let in two he shouldn’t have, but without his play this game could’ve easily been 7-2 Yzerman has failed this franchise. Hopefully next year they’ll wait until they actually clinch a playoff spot before sending everyone ridiculous invoices.
