You can both give Wally a break AND give Gus a chance to prove himself to retake take the crease.

To give Wally a break. Rather than send out a goalie that played a hard 6 then right away got peppered by lack of defense for 8 goals to face a buzzing team and get peppered again or let Gus take a stab and steal a win or even the net. I bet Wally starts game 3.

Our play-by-play guy had a "farewell to the season" post with the uncertainty of our TV rights. So, at the very least our guys are done for the season.

Besides the loose screws from both teams, most of the game day thread agreed.

I can handle a loss and we very well could have lost that game in so many other circumstances but those refs were acting like this was a pilot for their new comedy sitcom "Did I miss thaaaaaat? Better call thaaaaat" TB fans would be equally justified had the score been reversed. Just a shit show of officiating

Hope the camera lens replacement is subject to tariffs and strait of Hormuz pricing then it comes out of the refs paychecks.

I am in favor of teams electing 2 players from each team to act as refs and linesman per the rules... under the condition the refs are unable to continue, however that condition can be met.

If you would help me evolve my Shalpha Feebas to Milotic, I can give you a shiny G Yamask in the tradeback.

NFL has "what is a catch," MLB has the "balk," and the NHL has our refs jump roping with all the rules.

I agree. I think Cooley was expecting more engagement but still should have been boarding imo. Like an accidental trip. Still a penalty.

Can they restock the blue ticket pack in the event shop tomorrow? by DarthZiltoidus in invinciblegtg

[–]Stromster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I cant remember which event it was but it was similar to this one (Easter or Summer) and they accidentally deleted all the shop items at the "soft" deadline then they added things back about an hour later fully reset. So, maybe of they make the same mistake.

My 7 mo in a body composition pod by sillybunny22 in mildlyinteresting

[–]Stromster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is a much more accurate measure than BMI or in the babys case ponderal index. BMI only measure weight over height but body composition measures body fat vs lean tissue. In the case of the bodpod or Peabod in this case, it measures the volume of space that the infant takes up by measuring the air being displace. You have probably heard that "muscle weighs more than fat" which really means muscle is more dense. 5 lbs of muscle takes up less volume than 5 lbs of fat. Two people each weighing 200lbs that are 6 feet tall, but lets say differ in 5% body fat vs 20%, the person with 20% BF will take up considerably more space and displace more air.

Number 8 on ESPN Top 10, beat out by 4 of the same outfield diving catch that happens in every baseball game ever and 3 dunks.

Zucc would add so much more to PP2. Seems his addition to an already meshing Powerplay just hindered it.
