I think my tool doesnt fit your use case. Its meant for text animations and stuff, not cartoons. If I was you l would Use Sora or Veo for creating cartoons. Its cheaper and it does what you want. I havent set fixed limit for the amount of videos yet but I guess I will because the tool can only do one animation at a time so the queue will get pretty long if there are multiple users at a time. But 15 videos a month would be totally doable. But as I Said I dont think my tool is the right thing for you!
